Sparks are special seasonal items used to craft fireworks. Sparks can be obtained by feeding hungry imps and reuniting heartbroken imps while Ms. Carouse is visiting the island during the summer festival event in summer from July 2nd to July 15th.

Sparks are mainly used to craft fireworks that can be launched to gain items. Fireworks can only be crafted by Ms. Carouse.
Once in the player's backpack, fireworks can be selected and used to launch them in the sky. When the player launches a firework, any animals, bears, or imps that are currently one the screen will drop some items. The items dropped depend on the firework the player uses.
Any unused sparks remain in the player's backpack or tent storage when the summer festival event ends but cannot be crafted into fireworks until Ms. Carouse returns to the island next July.
Sparks can also be sold to any shop that buys items, but they cannot be purchased back.
