Old Coins are the main form of currency on Camp Spirit. Like quartz gemstones and its variants, old coins are used to purchase items from shopkeepers and upgrades for your tent. They are obtained by completing various tasks on the island.
The player starts the game with ??? coins.
Types[]
There are three types of old coins, each with increasing value: copper, silver, and gold. 100 copper coins make one silver coin, and 100 silver coins make up one gold coin. However, since coins are automatically placed in the player's wallet and do not go directly into the inventory, these coin types only serve to reduce the overall number of coins onscreen, as they convert automatically to copper coins upon entering the wallet.
Obtaining[]
Coins can be obtained by doing almost anything on the island. These include:
- Reward from bears for completing quests
- Earning badges
- Selling items to shops
- Donating items to Tallow's collection
- Spreading light
- Petting or feeding pets
- Harvesting fruit trees, nut trees, berry bushes, and flower bushes
- Harvesting raw island resources from natural objects
- Recycling certain items
