Kit's Canteen is a shop managed by Mr. Kit. It becomes available after feeding Flamey a second spirit log and the purchase of a fishing rod for 20
.
Mr. Kit sells various items such as resources, decorations and animals in his general goods shop, clothing in Mr. Kit's Clothes, haircuts in the Hair Salon and lets the player change their avatar's look in the Body Shop.
Mr. Kit also buys most items the player wants to sell. Additionally, Mr. Kit lets the player buy back any item they sold to him during the day. His Canteen is open at all times.

Upgrades[]
Kit's Canteen can be upgraded by purchasing successive upgrade catalogs, which in turn unlock new daily wares in the shop at the start of the next day. There are three upgrade books available:
- The Store Upgrade Catalog, which costs 10,000.
- The Luxury Store Upgrade Catalogue, which costs 200,000.
- The VIP Store Upgrade Catalogue, which costs 400,000
.
When an upgrade is purchased, Mr. Kit stops selling items for the day (but will still buy items from the player). It is recommended the player finishes all shopping for the day before purchasing a shop upgrade.

From Day 1 on, the player can buy up to 10 pieces of clothing (hats, glasses, scarves and tops) each day using old coins. The selection is random and changes daily.

On Day 12, Mr. Kit also starts offering salon services, which let the player buy new haircuts. The player can buy up to 9 haircuts each day using old coins. The selection is random and changes daily.
