Dye Recipes[]

Recipes can be obtained through spirit wells, by searching through leaf piles and sand piles, as well as through imp quests like feeding hungry imps or powerwashing dirty structures/trees in the Old Grounds.

Uncommon dyes are made with tins of flower pigment which can be obtained by recycling flowers with the Recycling Machine. Ultra rare dyes are made with uncommon dyes. Legendary dyes are made with ultra rare dyes.

Applying Dyes[]

After crafting a dye, the player can apply it to a decoration of their choice. This can be done by using the Dye Machine in the Old Grounds and selecting the option to dye something. After selecting the rarity of the project, the player can choose a dye and the decoration they want to recolor from their backpack or storage to get a preview of that decoration in the new color. Next the player can confirm their selection to get the recolored item, deselect either of the items, or close the window without applying the dye.

All decorations, except fences, can be dyed. Once a decoration is dyed, there is no way to return it to its original color; however, the same decoration can be redyed multiple times.

Dyed decorations (even the same items dyed with the same dye) do not stack.

Seasonal Dyes[]

Nine exclusive dye colors are available at Ms. Carouse's Store during Full Bloom Frolic. These dyes are crafted using orchid blossoms that are only available during the festival. Once crafted, orchid dyes can be applied at Ms. Carouse's or at the dye machine.
